TD Bank completes GBP 750 million offering of Floating Rate Series CBL87 Covered Bonds, due October 29 2029
On October 29, 2026, The Toronto-Dominion Bank (“TD Bank”) closed its offering of GBP 750 million Floating Rate Series CBL87 Covered Bonds, due October 29 2029 (the “Covered Bonds”). The Covered Bonds were issued pursuant to TD Bank’s C$100 billion Global Covered Bond Programme.
