Stradigi AI closes C$53M Series A financing

On November 12, 2019 Investissement Québec (IQ) and Fonds de solidarité des travailleurs du Québec (F.T.Q.) completed their anchor equity investment in Stradigi AI Inc. (“Stradigi”) through a subscription for Class A preferred shares, as part of a C$53 million financing of Stradigi.

The funds will be leveraged by Stradigi to fuel expansion across North America, strengthening Stradigi's go-to-market strategies, with a core focus on the United States.

IQ is a financing and business advisement company that helps various organizations establish themselves and thrive in Quebec.
