Rogers Communications Inc. closes C$600M private placement of subordinated notes due 2057

On September 23, 2026, Rogers Communications Inc. (“RCI”) closed its private placement of Canadian dollar denominated 6.000% fixed-to-fixed rate subordinated notes due 2057 in the aggregate principal amount of C$600 million (the “Notes”).
The Notes were offered, on a private placement basis through a syndicate of agents co-led by BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and Scotia Capital Inc., as joint bookrunners that included CIBC World Markets Inc., TD Securities Inc., as co-lead managers, and ATB Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Canada Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities Canada Inc., Merrill Lynch Canada Inc., Mizuho Securities Canada Inc., MUFG Securities (Canada), Ltd. National Bank Financial Inc., SMBC Nikko Securities Canada, Ltd., and Wells Fargo Securities Canada, Ltd., as co-managers.
