OMERS Private Equity completes sale of Epiq’s Global Business Transformation Solutions division

On November 10, 2025, OMERS Private Equity Inc. (“OMERS”), through its portfolio company Epiq Systems, Inc. (“Epiq”), announced the sale of Epiq’s Global Business Transformation Solutions division (“Epiq GBTS”) to K2 Services, LLC (“K2 Services”).

Epiq, an advanced Alternative Legal Service Provider, plays a critical role in administering complex legal settlements and helping clients transform how legal outcomes are delivered. Epiq GBTS, as a division of Epiq, partnered with organizations to deliver strategic expertise in operational and business services.

K2 Services is a technology‑enabled services provider specializing in IT managed services and enterprise technology platforms for the legal industry.
