NBC's Issuance of £90M Floating Rate Senior Notes

On July 12, 2023, National Bank of Canada ("NBC") completed the issuance of £90 million Floating Rate Senior Notes due July 2024, pursuant to the Bank’s USD 12bn EMTN programme.
