Tamas Toezser is an associate in our Business Law Group in the London, England office. His practice focuses on debt capital market transactions, which includes euro medium term note, covered bond and structured note programmes.

Tamas acts for a number of Canadian financial institutions and corporations on transactional matters, and advises on a number of major cross-border capital market transactions.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, he trained and practiced in the New York, Frankfurt, London and Dubai offices of other global law firms.

Tamas obtained his Master`s Degree in Law, with focus on EU, Finance and Corporate Law from the Peter Pazmany Catholic University in Budapest, Hungary and earned his Master of Law Degree (LL.M.) from University of Pennsylvania Law School in Philadelphia, USA.
