National Bank of Canada completes US$270M covered bond offering
On December 14, 2018, National Bank of Canada completed an offering of US$270 million floating rate covered bonds, Series CBL 9, due December 14, 2020. The offering was undertaken pursuant to National Bank's C$12 million Legislative Global Covered Bond Programme.
National Bank is the sixth largest commercial bank in Canada. It is headquartered in Montreal.
