GM Financial of Canada completes C$500 million offering of Series 10 Notes

On February 9, 2023, BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc., Scotia Capital Inc. and TD Securities Inc. (collectively the “Agents”) completed a C$500 million private placement of senior unsecured series 10 notes of General Motors Financial of Canada.

Based in Toronto, Canada, General Motors Financial of Canada is the financial services arm of GM Canada, which provides financing or leasing options for customers purchasing automobiles.
