Garda World Security Corporation closes the private offering of US$550M senior notes

On July 25, 2024, Garda World Security Corporation ("GardaWorld") closed the private offering of US$550 million aggregate principal amount of 8.250% senior unsecured notes due 2032. GardaWorld intends to use the net proceeds to finance its acquisition of the business of OnSolve, LLC, and to pay related fees and expenses.
GardaWorld based in Montréal, Canada, is a privately owned integrated physical security, cash management and risk management company.
