Ariane Monjauze is an associate in the Business Law Group in the Montréal office. Her practice focuses on corporate law, more specifically on corporate finance, banking, project financing and capital markets debt issuance.

Ariane has been involved in several financing, restructuring, acquisitions, secured bonds and notes issues. She represents private companies, banks, borrowers and investors. She also acts for financial institutions and corporations in the implementation of various types of credit facilities. She has also worked on the development and financing of infrastructure projects in Quebec and Canada.

Ariane was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2022.
