FieldTurf Tarkett USA Holdings, Inc. purchases all of the issued and outstanding membership interests in the capital of Precision Construction & Contracting, LLC.

On December 31, 2024, FieldTurf Tarkett USA Holdings, Inc., a U.S. subsidiary of the Tarkett Group, completed its purchase of all the issued and outstanding membership interests in the capital of Precision Construction & Contracting, LLC, a U.S. limited liability company based in Missouri specializing in the construction of bases of, and the installation of, artificial turf fields, running track surfaces and sports courts. This acquisition is part of a series of transaction made by the Tarkett Group for vertical integration in the U.S.
