Zynext Ventures, the venture capital arm of the pharmaceutical company Zydus Lifesciences, is a modern venture capital firm that focuses on funding innovative healthcare technologies at the seed and early stages.

McCarthy Tétrault LLP advised Feldan Therapeutics with a team led by Charles-Antoine Soulière that included Alexandre Saulnier-Marceau, Mireille Trottier and Yassine Khadir (Private Equity).
