Enbridge announces acquisition of three US-based utilities from Dominion Energy for US$14B

On September 5, 2023, Enbridge announced it has entered into definitive agreements to acquire The East Ohio Gas Company, Questar Gas Company, and Public Service Company of North Carolina, Incorporated from Dominion Energy, in a US$14 billion deal.

Enbridge Inc., based in Calgary, is a Canadian multinational energy transportation company.
