CIBC completes EUR 1.25B offering of 3.125% Series CBL67 Covered Bonds

On June 10, 2026, the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (“CIBC”) closed its offering of EUR 1.25 billion 3.125% Series CBL67 Covered Bonds due September 10, 2032, (the “Covered Bonds”). The Covered Bonds were issued pursuant to CIBC's C$60 billion Global Covered Bond Programme.
