On February 28, 2022, Chez Ashton, a fast food restaurant chain present mainly in the greater Quebec City region, was sold to 9450-4214 Québec Inc. The acquisition, was supported by Desjardins Capital and loans from the Fonds de solidarité FTQ and CIBC.
