Benchmark Litigation Canada recognizes McCarthy Tétrault’s litigation expertise

Our firm received an Impact Case Award from Benchmark Litigation Canada at their 2025 awards ceremony, in recognition of our outstanding contributions to Bombardier Inc. v. Honeywell International. We successfully served as lead counsel to Bombardier before the Superior Court of Québec. Mason Poplaw led a team that included Sarah Woods, Jean-Philippe Mathieu and Peter Gibaut, with invaluable help from Bombardier’s Chanelle Charron-Watson.

Additionally, Jean-Philippe Mathieu received the Emerging Talent Litigator of the Year award and Steve Mason was named Intellectual Property Litigator of the Year.
