Walter Capital Partners Inc. completes privatization of Ergoresearch Ltd.

On February 23, 2018, Walter Capital Partners Inc. ("Walter Capital"), acquired Ergoresearch Ltd. ("Ergoresearch") through 9332073 Canada Inc., a corporation controlled by Walter Capital in partnership with Sylvain Boucher and Danielle Boucher. Pursuant to the transaction, 9332073 Canada Inc. acquired all of Ergoresearch's shares, other than Danielle Boucher's and Sylvain Boucher's shares, for C$0.30 per share in cash.

Walter Capital is a private equity firm based in Montréal. It is part of the Walter Group and invests in established small and medium-sized businesses.

Ergoresearch designs and manufactures technologies for the orthopedic industry. It owns the largest orthotics network in Québec, known as Equilibre – Orthèses et biomécanique.
