TD Bank issues C$228M CMHC-insured mortgage loan to Minto Apartment Limited Partnership

On May 15, 2026, the Toronto-Dominion Bank ("TD Bank") acted as lender in connection with a C$228 million CMHC-insured mortgage loan to Minto Apartment Limited Partnership, as borrower. The loan is secured against a three-property multi-residential apartment portfolio in Toronto, Ontario, addressed at 111 Pacific Avenue, 255 Glenlake Avenue and 66 Oakmount Road (collectively, “High Park Village”). The financing was insured by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation ("CMHC").
