TD Bank Group and certain financial institutions as senior lenders entered into the Second Amendment to the Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement with Corix Infrastructure Inc. and Corix Infrastructure (US) Inc. as borrowers. Toronto-Dominion Bank and Toronto Dominion (Texas) LLC acted as administration agent.
