TD Bank completes US$1.2B credit card ABS private placement

On October 16, 2026, The Toronto-Dominion Bank ("TD Bank") and Evergreen Credit Card Trust ("Evergreen") completed the Trust’s private placement of US$1.2 billion of credit card asset-backed notes, comprising US$909.1 million Series 2026-1 Notes and US$294.1 million Series 2026-2 Notes.
