Summit Industrial Income REIT completes C$172.5M equity offering

On August 27, 2020, Summit Industrial Income REIT closed its public offering of 14,375,000 units at a price of $12.00 per unit for a total gross proceeds of approximately $172.5 million.

Summit Industrial Income REIT is an open ended mutual fund trust on managing light industrial properties across Canada with a goal to maximize funds of investors' operation.
