Sidex, Société en commandite investments in Delta Resources Limited

On February 4, 2021, Sidex, Société en commandite (“SIDEX”) completed an equity investment in Delta Resources Limited as part of a non-brokered private placement with the Société de Développement de la Baie-James. Each unit issued to SIDEX in connection with its investment consists of one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant exercisable for a period of up to 24 months after closing.

SIDEX is an initiative of the Québec government and the Fonds de solidarité FTQ. Its mission is to invest in companies engaged in mineral exploration in Québec in order to diversify the province’s mineral base, promote innovation and new entrepreneurs.
