Selkirk Advisory Group completes C$11M financing of the Biomont landfill gas cogeneration project

On June 25, 2026, Selkirk Advisory Group Inc. ("Selkirk Advisory Group") completed their financing of the 4.8 MW Biomont landfill gas cogeneration project located in Montréal, Québec (the “Project”), which is owned and operated by Eolectric Inc. The Project harnesses landfill gas generated at the adjacent Complexe environnemental de Saint‑Michel to produce both electricity and thermal energy. Electricity generated by the Project is sold to Hydro‑Québec pursuant to a long-term power purchase arrangement, while the thermal energy produced is supplied to local commercial customers. By converting landfill methane into renewable energy, the Project supports the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and the advancement of sustainable energy infrastructure in Québec.
