Samsonite closes refinancing of senior secured credit facilities
On April 25, 2018, Samsonite International S.A. closed the refinancing of its senior secured credit facilities under an amended and restated credit and guaranty agreement. The credit facilities consisted of a Revolving Facility of US$650 million, Term Loan A Facility of US$828 million and Term Loan B Facility of US$665 million.
Samsonite International S.A. is a manufacturer and retailer of travel luggage and backpacks for personal and business usage. The company is headquartered in Luxembourg and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
