RBC and Scotia act as agents in the issuance of senior secured bonds by the subsidiaries of NorthRiver Midstream Inc.
On February 12, 2024, (i) NRM Cabin Intermediate #1 Limited Partnership and NRM Cabin Finance #1 Limited Partnership, as co-issuers, completed their issuance of C$241,224,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.583% Senior Secured Bonds due July 31, 2033 and (ii) NRM Cabin Intermediate #2 Limited Partnership and NRM Cabin Finance #2 Limited Partnership, as co-issuers, completed their issuance of C$221,867,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.630% Senior Secured Bonds due July 31, 2033. The issuers are wholly owned subsidiaries of NorthRiver MidstreamInc.
