Polaris Renewable Energy completes private placement of US$175M senior secured green bonds
On November 15, 2024, Polaris Renewable Energy Inc. ("Polaris") announced the completion of its private placement of US$175 million senior secured green bonds. The bonds will have a five-year term and a fixed coupon rate of 9.5% per annum, with interest payable semi-annually.
Polaris, headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, focuses on the acquisition, development and operation of renewable energy projects in the Americas.
