Olymel completes acquisition of Guiltant Inc.

On December 16, 2020, Olymel completed the acquisition of Guiltant Inc. We assisted Olymel in respect of all aspects of this transaction, including the negotiation of all transaction agreements and closing of the transaction.

Olymel L.P. is a leader in production, processing and distribution of pork and poultry meats.

Guiltant Inc. is in the business of commercializing by-products used in the production of pet food. The pet food market is a fast growing sector in North America.
