Northcliff Resources Ltd. completes convertible loan agreement with Todd Sisson (NZ) Limited

On October 29, 2020, Northcliff Resources Ltd. completed a convertible loan agreement with Todd Sisson (NZ) Limited.
The loan will have an interest rate of 10% per annum and has a term of 12 months. The loan and interest is repayable at any time or can be settled at maturity, either through the issuances of shares in Northcliff Resources or through the transfer of part of Northcliff Resources' interest in the Sisson Project Limited Partnership and Sisson Mines Ltd.
The loan will be used by Northcliff Resources for working capital purposes.
