Northcliff Resources' closing of C$1.2M private placement financing

On June 27, 2025, Northcliff Resources Ltd. (“Northcliff”) announced it had closed a $1.2 million non-brokered private placement of 19.8 million common shares to fund the Sisson Project in New Brunswick.
