Medicenna completes C$4.44M public offering

On May 28, 2026, Medicenna Therapeutics Corp. (“Medicenna”) announced the completion of its public offering of units at a price to the public of C$0.50 per Unit ("the Offering"), for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately C$4.44 million. The Offering was made pursuant to an agency agreement entered into between Bloom Burton Securities Inc., as sole agent, and Medicenna.

Medicenna, headquartered in Toronto, ON, is a clinical stage immunotherapy company focused on oncology and the development and commercialization of new cancer treatments.
