On August 31, 2021, mdf commerce inc. closed the transformational acquisition of Periscope Intermediate Corp. for approximately C$260 million and the public offering and concurrent private placement of an aggregate 15,057,389 of subscription receipts at a purchase price of $8.00 per subscription receipt for aggregate gross proceeds to mdf commerce of approximately $120 million.
