Manulife Financial completes public offering of notes in the United States valued at US$500M

On May 14, 2020, Manulife Financial Corporation completed a public offering of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 2.484% senior notes due 2027. Manulife intends to use the proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, including future refinancing requirements.
