Manulife completes public offering and private placement of senior notes totaling US$200M

On June 1, 2020, Manulife Financial closed a private placement of US$200 million principal amount of 2.396% senior notes due June 1, 2027. Manulife intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes. Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC acted as agent and dealer in the private placement.
