La Mancha Holding invests US$200M in Endeavour Mining Corporation

On March 30, 2021, Endeavour Mining Corporation (Endeavour) completed its previously announced US$200 million investment by La Mancha Holding s.a.r.l. (La Mancha).

Endeavour issued a total of 8,910,592 ordinary shares to La Mancha for aggregate net proceeds of US$200 million. The placement was announced on November 16, 2020 in connection with

Endeavour's combination with Teranga Gold Corporation. Following completion of the investment, La Mancha now holds approximately 19% of Endeavour.

Endeavour, is a TSX-listed West African gold producer that operates four mines across Côte d’Ivoire and Burkina Faso.

La Mancha, is a privately owned investment company focusing on opportunities primarily in the precious metals mining sector across multiple geographies.
