J.C. Flowers & Co invests in Canada's Infinite investments systems

On January 31 2025, J.C. Flowers & Co successfully completed it's investment in a fin-tech company Infinite Investment Systems. This partnerships is anticipated to bring Infinite Investment Systems the ability to utilise it's capital to expand and serve a diversified range of financial services as well as strengthen it's presence within Canada and internationally. Louis Vachon, operating partner at J.C. Flowers and former National Bank of Canada CEO as well with Eric Rahe, managing director and co-president at J.C. Flowers, will both join Infinite board of directors.
