Faraday Copper closes C$23M bought deal financing

On May 30, 2024, Faraday Copper Corp. successfully closed its previously announced bought deal financing, raising C$23 million. The offering included the full exercise of the underwriters' over-allotment option, resulting in the sale of 28,750,000 common shares at C$0.80 per share. The offering, underwritten by Ventum Financial Corp., Canaccord Genuity Corp., and TD Securities Inc., was completed via a prospectus supplement dated May 24, 2024. Funds will be used to advance the Copper Creek Project in Arizona and for general corporate purposes.

Faraday Copper is a Canadian exploration and development company focused on advancing two copper projects located in the United States.
