Enbridge Gas renews base shelf prospectus up to C$2B of medium term notes

On September 10, 2021, Enbridge Gas Inc. renewed its base shelf prospectus in respect of the Issue of up to C$2 billion aggregate amount of medium term notes.

Based in Ontario, Enbridge Gas is Canada's largest natural gas storage, transmission and distribution company. It is owned by Enbridge Inc., a Canada-based leader in energy transportation and distribution.
