On July 13, 2026, Eagle Eye Asset Holdings Pte. Ltd. ("EEA") completed its entry into a US$160 million precious metals purchase agreement with Toubani Resources Limited ("Toubani") relating to the Kobada Gold Project in Mali (the “Kobada Project”).
