Bell completes C$2.52B concurrent public debt offerings in Canada and the United States

On June 3, 2026, Bell completed a public offering in Canada of C$1.6 billion aggregate principal amount of MTN Debentures in two series pursuant to its medium term notes (MTN) program. The C$900 million 4.70% MTN Debentures (the “Series M-69”) are dated June 3, 2026, and will mature on November 15, 2036. The C$700 million 5.30% MTN Debentures (the “Series M-70”) are dated June 3, 2026, and will mature on June 3, 2056.
On June 5, 2026, Bell also completed a public offering in the United States of US$650 million aggregate principal amount of 5.450% Notes (the “Series US-11 Notes”). The Series US-11 Notes are dated June 5, 2026, and will mature on November 15, 2036.
