API Group completes multi-entity joinder of Onyx-Fire entities to existing credit facility

On August 7, 2026 APi Group completes its joinder of entities acquired as part of the acquisition of the Onyx-Fire Protection Services entities ("Onyx-Fire") to its existing credit facility.

Onyx-Fire, with headquarters in Mississauga, Ontario, is a Canadian commercial fire protection and life safety services company.
