On February 27, 2024, Eurêka Investment Fund ("Eurêka") announced its $6 million investment in i4 Capital Fund, a Québec venture capital fund.

Eurêka is a $100 million fund created by the Government of Québec and management by Investissement Québec to fund pre-seed business and support the commercialization of innovations resulting from Québec public research institutions.

i4 Capital Fund, based in Québec City and Montréal, is a $47 million venture capital fund, dedicated to innovative companies in the seed phase that are developing disruptive technologies, including artificial intelligente, advanced materials, innovative manufacturing and clean technologies.

McCarthy Tétrault advised Eurêka with a team led by Mathieu Laflamme that included Alexandre Saulnier-Marceau (Private Equity).
