On April 23, 2018, Chapmans Limited (“Chapmans”) acquired a 19.99% interest in GPU.One Holding Inc. (“GPU.One”) for C$2.5 million. GPU.One is a data processing and cryptocurrency company focused on mining leading cryptocurrencies including bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin. Chapmans Limited is an ASX-listed diversified investment company engaged in special situation investments across a diverse range of industries, with a focus and expertise in the mobile and advanced industrial technology sectors.
