Myriam Hacault is an associate in our Litigation Group in Calgary. She maintains a general civil litigation practice which includes corporate and commercial disputes. She has appeared before the Manitoba Court of Queen’s Bench and the Manitoba Labour Board.
While in law school, Myriam was a research assistant performing cutting-edge research at the forefront of Canadian law on topics such as the duty of care of health professionals during the Ebola pandemic crisis. She was also a peer tutor, an active member of the Women’s Legal Mentorship Program, and a volunteer for the Ottawa Law Review.
Myriam obtained her Bachelor of Arts (with Distinction) from the University of Manitoba and her Juris Doctor (Cum Laude) from the University of Ottawa. Myriam is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, Law Society of Manitoba, and the Canadian Bar Association.
