Myim is entering his final year of law school at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Victoria where he was actively involved in multiple student clubs and played drums in the Jazz Orchestra. Following his graduation, Myim served as a British Columbia Legislative Intern.
At law school, Myim is the Editorial Manager of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review, a Research Assistant, a practicum Student with the David Asper Centre for Constitutional Rights, and an executive of two student clubs. In February 2021, his team placed first overall in the Wilson Moot. Following his first year of law school, Myim worked as an instructor for Law In Action Within Schools (LAWS), a program that aims to guide and motivate high school students who face barriers to success by exposing them to law and justice. He continues to volunteer with LAWS in the program’s Law Firm Mentoring initiative.
Outside of the law, Myim is a musician, an avid reader, and a runner striving for year-round consistency. He eagerly awaits the day when live concerts are once again safe to attend.
