Gregory is an associate in our Technology Law Group. His practice focuses on data privacy law and technology-related commercial agreements.
Gregory joined McCarthy Tétrault as a summer student in 2018. During his articling term, Gregory completed a secondment in the legal department of a major Canadian bank, where he gained experience with data privacy, cybersecurity, IT services agreements and regulatory compliance.
Gregory obtained his common and civil law degrees (LL.B., B.C.L.) from McGill University in 2019. During law school, Gregory was Co-President of the McGill Business Law Association and worked as a Senior Editor for the McGill Journal of Law and Health. Prior to law school, Gregory completed a BA in Political Science with a minor in German Language at McGill University, followed by a MPhil in Global Public Health at the University of Bergen, Norway.
Gregory was called to the Ontario bar in 2020. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association, and is an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional (Canada).
