Diana is a litigation associate in our Vancouver office who maintains a general commercial litigation practice.
Diana earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia (UBC). Throughout her studies, she volunteered for the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, Atira Women’s Resource Society, and West Coast LEAF, where she provided legal advice and information to the public. She also worked with law and business professors and the Appeals Division of LegalAid BC. In her spare time, she served on the board of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers BC, and ran her own music studio. Diana's commitment to excellence is reflected in her academic achievements, including the Allard Scholar Renewable Entrance Scholarship for exceptional aptitude and academic excellence.
Before pursuing her legal career, Diana completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree at UBC, specializing in accounting, complemented by a minor in English language. Combined with her work and volunteer experience, this diverse educational background helped Diana develop a client-centric and pragmatic approach to her practice.
Diana joined McCarthy Tétrault as a summer student in 2021, articled with the firm in 2022, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2023. She is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Vancouver Bar Association.
