Asma is an associate in the Business Law Group at our Québec City office. Her practice focuses on securities, private equity, corporate law, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining the firm as an articling student, Asma completed coop internships within companies ranging from start-ups to public companies. This experience allowed her to understand and experience the daily life of companies specializing in different industries such as food, cloud computing technology and sustainable technology. It also allowed her to combine law and business in order to provide concrete legal solutions adapted to their business realities. 

Asma holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), cooperative regime, from the Université de Sherbrooke. During her university years, Asma got involved as vice-president of external relations and fundings in the Constitutional and Political Law Committee, and with the Pro-Bono organization.

Asma was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2022.
