On November 12, 2020, PureFacts Financial Solutions Inc. (“PureFacts”) completed its acquisition of Quartal Financial Solutions AG (“Quartal”) financed by credit facilities extended by The Bank of Nova Scotia.

Quartal is Europe’s leading provider of fee billing and commission solutions for the financial and insurance industries.
