Sun Life completes offering of C$1B of subordinated unsecured debentures

On May 8, 2020, Sun Life Financial Inc. completed the public offering in Canada of C$1 billion principal amount of Series 2020-1 Subordinated Unsecured 2.58% Fixed/Floating Debentures due 2032. 

Sun Life is an international financial services organization providing insurance, wealth and asset management solutions to individual and corporate clients with operations in a number of markets worldwide.
