Samsonite closes €350M senior note offering

On April 25, 2018, Samsonite International S.A. closed the issue by Samsonite Finco S.a r.l. of €350 million in aggregate principal amount of 3.500% senior notes due 2026.

Samsonite International S.A. is a manufacturer and retailer of travel luggage and backpacks for personal and business usage. The company is headquartered in Luxembourg and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
